Standard business card

VBA Wizard write clever code to create databases and one click automation for Microsoft Office applications. A new business with a limited budget, they wanted a visual identity that was easy to use.

The idea? Create a practical brand toolkit consisting of a logo, colour palette, guidelines and templates. The goal? To give VBA Wizard the tools they would need to create a consistent and memorable brand.

Stage 1: Create the foundation

We start with the basics – logo, colour palette and typography recommendations. Using these elements in a regular and consistent manner is key to creating a memorable brand.

Stage 2: Building the structure

This stage has two parts. Part 1 – develop the design grid and create rules for using the logo, colour palette and styles. Part 2 – design the business stationery and marketing materials.

Stage 3: Developing the tools

Develop Microsoft Office templates for all standard stationery like letters, invoices and estimates. Editable PDF forms were the choice for editable artwork files like the business cards.

Stage 4: Taking it digital

Design and develop a website using HTML, CSS and WordPress.
